Modern Minds is expanding its group class schedule this fall, adding new categories and additional times to make it easier for the community to engage in consistent, practical wellness practices.
The expanded lineup includes: Aquatic Classes, Flexibility & Mobility, Yin Yoga and Morning Movement & Plunge, all rooted in Modern Minds’ Mind-Body Wellness Cornerstones.
“Our goal is to help people build a foundation of sustainable wellness habits,” said Dr. Lauren Carter, Clinical Director at Modern Minds.
“Classes give people the chance to practice these tools in real time, whether for activation to shift your mindset, grounding through breath, building strength, or confronting challenge head on.
Highlights include new aquatic offerings like FloatFit HIIT and FloatFit Balance, a guided Flex & Restore class focused on stretching with props, and Yin Yoga, a restorative practice emphasizing stillness and release.
With these changes, Modern Minds is positioning group classes as a central way to advance its mission: teaching the community practical skills to support mental, emotional, and physical health. “By offering a wider range of class types and times, we’re making it easier for people to build consistent wellness practices,” say Dr. Carter.
