Strength classes at Modern Minds combine functional movement, weighted resistance training and purposeful cardio. These classes build strength and endurance to support everyday movement, with space for breath, recovery and growth.
Monday 5:30-6:15 p.m.
This one-hour long class consists of a 45-minute heated workout that focuses on full-body sculpting with light weights and bodyweight, plus energizing bursts of cardio to build strength and stamina. The class concludes with a guided group cold plunge. While cold plunge participation is encouraged, it is always optional.
What to bring: Yoga mat, yoga mat towel (both available to rent at studio)
Cancellation policy: Cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled start time will forfeit a class pack credit or drop-in fee.
