Strength classes at Modern Minds combine functional movement, weighted resistance training and purposeful cardio. These classes build strength and endurance to support everyday movement, with space for breath, recovery and growth.

    Tuesdays 9-9:45 a.m.

     

  • No Heat

This introductory strength and conditioning class helps you build a strong foundation, no prior experience required. You’ll learn proper movement patterns, basic strength exercises and conditioning principles that support everyday life and long-term fitness.
 
Each class emphasizes safe technique, controlled strength training and low-impact
conditioning to improve strength, endurance, mobility and confidence in the gym. Expect clear instruction, thoughtful progressions and an encouraging environment where questions are always welcome.
 
Ideal for beginners or anyone returning to exercise, this class helps you move better, feelstronger and build momentum at your own pace.

Heated Sculpt

Heated Sculpt

  • Monday 4:30-5:15 p.m.
    Monday 5:30-6:15 p.m.

  • Medium Heat

A 45-minute heated workout class that focuses on full-body sculpting with light weights and bodyweight, plus energizing bursts of cardio to build strength and stamina.
 
What to bring: Yoga mat, yoga mat towel (both available to rent at studio)

Heated Sculpt + Plunge

60 min
  • Tuesday 7:30-8:30 a.m.

  • Medium Heat

This one-hour long class consists of a 45-minute heated workout that focuses on full-body sculpting with light weights and bodyweight, plus energizing bursts of cardio to build strength and stamina. The class concludes with a guided group cold plunge. While cold plunge participation is encouraged, it is always optional.
 
What to bring: Yoga mat, yoga mat towel (both available to rent at studio)
