Movement

Feel grounded, strong, and mentally clear.
Movement is one of the most powerful ways to care for your mental health. Our movement-based classes are structured to meet you where you are—whether you want to build strength, boost energy, or simply shake off the day. Each class ends with a grounding practice to reconnect you with your breath and set your intention.

Aquatic Classes

Movement in the water offers a unique path to strength, balance, and calm. The natural resistance of water challenges your body while its buoyancy protects your joints—making aquatic exercise a powerful, low-impact way to build fitness and reduce stress. Beyond the physical benefits, being in the water invites a sense of play, presence and renewal. Our aquatic classes are designed to strengthen both body and mind, helping you build resilience, focus, and joy.
Please note: You will be in the pool during these workouts. Wear clothing that can get wet and bring a towel and water.
