Join us for an energizing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that combines dynamic, full-body bodyweight movements with timed intervals of effort and recovery. This fast-paced session is designed to challenge your strength, elevate your heart rate, and build cardiovascular endurance while improving power, agility, and overall conditioning. Expect a mix of cardio bursts, strength-based exercises, and core work that will push you to move with intention and leave you feeling strong and accomplished. All movements are scalable, making this workout accessible for all fitness levels while still delivering an effective, sweat-driven challenge. This class consists of a 45-minute workout followed by a guided group cold plunge. While cold plunge participation is encouraged, it is always optional.
