The expanded class schedule introduces a curated mix of strength-based training, yoga, cardio-focused conditioning and monthly nutrition education sessions, all designed to support whole-person wellbeing.

We’ve enhanced our studio to support contrast therapy, introducing a heated studio environment and a new group cold plunge pool integrated into select classes.

This allows you to move seamlessly from effort to recovery, from heat to cold, in a guided, community-based setting, building both physical resilience and mental flexibility.

Alongside movement, monthly nutrition talks offer practical, expert-led guidance to support long-term health in a way that fits into real life.
