
Movement is one of the most powerful tools we have for mental wellness and showing up to a class is about more than the workout. It’s about building a rhythm, finding community and giving your mind and body the reset they need to keep going.
We’ve expanded our schedule with new classes and additional times so that more people can find a spot that fits their week. Whether you’re a familiar face in our studio or you’ve been thinking about trying something new, here’s what’s waiting for you.
New Classes & Times
Vinyasa & Plunge Tuesdays, 9:30–10:15 a.m. & Thursdays, 8–8:45 a.m. Flow through a dynamic Vinyasa practice and finish with the plunge. Now available twice a week for more flexibility in your schedule.
Sculpt & Plunge Wednesdays, 7:30–8:15 a.m. Start your morning with strength. This early Wednesday session pairs a full-body sculpt workout with a post-class plunge to set the tone for the day.
Deep Stretch & Plunge Wednesdays, 6–6:30 p.m. Wind down your Wednesday with a deep stretch session followed by a reset in the cold plunge. A perfect mid-week recovery.
HIIT & Plunge Fridays, 9:30–10:15 a.m. Close out your week strong. High-intensity intervals followed by a cold plunge the kind of Friday morning that makes the rest of the day feel easy.

Sunday Yin Yoga Sunday, June 7 | 3–4 p.m. It’s back. Sunday Yin returns with a slow, intentional practice designed to help you close out the weekend and restore before the week ahead. Spots are limited, reserve yours early.
FloatFit HIIT Saturday, May 30 | 12 p.m. Take the workout to the water. FloatFit HIIT is a high-energy aquatic class that brings the burn to the pool in a way that’s as fun as it is challenging. This is a one-of-a-kind experience and spots will go fast. Whether you’re looking to build a consistent routine, try something new, or simply move in a way that supports your mental and physical health, there’s a class on this schedule for you.
