Chocolate Date Protein Bites

Looking for a delicious post-workout snack? We’ve got you covered. If you’ve been to one of our movement classes, you may have already tasted Hannah’s famous post-workout treats. These Chocolate Date Protein Bites were a huge hit after a recent Sculpt class and now you can make them at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 8 soft Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup almond or peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder + 1 tbsp cocoa powder
    or chocolate protein powder (pea, hemp, or whey isolate)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp milk or water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend the base:
    Blend the dates, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add dry ingredients:
    Add the oats, protein powder, cocoa powder (if using), and salt. Pulse until a dough forms.
  3. Adjust consistency if needed:
    If the mixture feels too sticky, add a few more oats. If it’s too dry, add a splash of milk or water.
  4. Roll into bites:
    Roll the mixture into smooth bite-sized balls.
  5. Chill and enjoy:
    Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
