Power Vinyasa

Move with your breath in this all-levels 45-minute flow class that links movement and mindfulness. Creative, intelligently sequenced poses help build flexibility and strength while calming the mind. With options to modify at your own pace, Vinyasa is both energizing and grounding, leaving you balanced, centered and connected in body and mind.
  

What to bring: Yoga mat, yoga mat towel (both available to rent at studio)

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

  • Low Heat

Slow down and restore with Yin Yoga, an all-levels practice focused on stillness and
release. Through passive, long-held poses, Yin gently stretches the body, supports joint health and cultivates deep relaxation. Using props for comfort and support, this practice balances the busyness of everyday life and complements more active styles of movement like Vinyasa. Expect to leave feeling calm, refreshed and more at ease.
 
What to bring: Yoga mat (available to rent at studio)

Movement is one of the most powerful ways to care for your mental health. Our movement-based classes are structured to meet you where you are, whether you want to build strength, boost energy, or simply shake off the day.

 
HIIT + Cold Plunge

HIIT + Cold Plunge

  • Low

Join us for an energizing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that combines dynamic, full-body bodyweight movements with timed intervals of effort and recovery. This fast-paced session is designed to challenge your strength, elevate your heart rate, and build cardiovascular endurance while improving power, agility, and overall conditioning. Expect a mix of cardio bursts, strength-based exercises, and core work that will push you to move with intention and leave you feeling strong and accomplished. All movements are scalable, making this workout accessible for all fitness levels while still delivering an effective, sweat-driven challenge. This class consists of a 45-minute workout followed by a guided group cold plunge. While cold plunge participation is encouraged, it is always optional.

Strength

Build power with intention. 
Strength classes at Modern Minds combine functional movement, weighted resistance training and purposeful cardio. These classes build strength and endurance to support everyday movement, with space for breath, recovery and growth.

 
Hot Sculpt + Plunge

  • Medium Heat

This one-hour long class consists of a 45-minute heated workout that focuses on full-body sculpting with light weights and bodyweight, designed to empower you through strength, resilience and mental clarity, plus energizing bursts of cardio to build strength and stamina. The class concludes with a guided group cold plunge. While cold plunge participation is encouraged, it is always optional.
