  • Medium Heat

Link your movement to your breath in this all-levels, 45-minute heated yoga flow class. This class will leave you feeling both energized and grounded. After class, participants are encouraged to participate in a guided group cold plunge.
  

What to bring: Yoga mat, yoga mat towel (both available to rent at studio)

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga

  • Sunday, June 7, 3-4 p.m.

  • Low Heat

Slow down and restore with Yin Yoga, an all-levels practice focused on stillness and
release. Through passive, long-held poses, Yin gently stretches the body, supports joint health and cultivates deep relaxation. Using props for comfort and support, this practice balances the busyness of everyday life and complements more active styles of movement like Vinyasa. Expect to leave feeling calm, refreshed and more at ease.
 
What to bring: Yoga mat (available to rent at studio)

Movement is one of the most powerful ways to care for your mental health. Our movement-based classes are structured to meet you where you are, whether you want to build strength, boost energy, or simply shake off the day.

 
HIIT + Plunge

  • Low

Feel the burn in this heated, 45-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Expect a mix of cardio, strength, and core work that will leave you feeling strong and empowered. All movements are scalable, making this workout accessible for all fitness levels while still delivering an effective, sweat-driven challenge. After class, participants are encouraged to participate in a guided group cold plunge.
 
What to bring: Sneakers

Stretch, release, and move with freedom.
Designed to improve range of motion, ease tension and restore balance in both body and mind. Using props and guided support, these classes help you move with greater ease.

 
Deep Stretch & Plunge

Sink into your body in this restorative, 30-minute heated deep stretch class. This mid-week class is the perfect opportunity to pause and recenter yourself before intentionally moving into the second half of the week. After class, participants are encouraged to participate in a guided group cold plunge.

What to bring: Yoga mat, yoga mat towel, towel/ athletic clothing for cold plunge.

Build power with intention. 
Strength classes at Modern Minds combine functional movement, weighted resistance training and purposeful cardio. These classes build strength and endurance to support everyday movement, with space for breath, recovery and growth.

Sweat out your stress as you build strength and stamina in this 45-minute heated class. This workout integrates full-body sculpting with light weights and bodyweight alongside energizing cardio bursts. After class, participants are encouraged to participate in a guided group cold plunge.

We’ll walk through the basics of sourdough, from how to care for your starter to easy tips for baking your first loaf, while also exploring why sourdough is a gut-friendly option. Learn how the natural fermentation process can support digestion and make bread more nourishing for your body.

Enjoy a tasting of fresh sourdough with delicious, wholesome pairings and leave with your very own sourdough starter so you can begin your journey at home.
