Tina Kaminski is a licensed clinical social worker and clinical supervisor with a strong focus on holistic mental health and wellness. Her educational journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology, and a Master of Science in Social Work all from Columbia University.

Tina holds licenses in both South Carolina (LISW-CP/S) and New Jersey (LCSW-S) and is certified as a yoga instructor and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. With over two decades of experience, she has worked in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, community agencies and private practice.

Specializing in working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions, Tina integrates yoga, meditation, and breathwork into evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Her care philosophy centers on helping individuals respond to life’s challenges with flexibility and self-compassion, aiming to break free from limiting beliefs and behaviors.

Tina’s dedication to continuous professional development is evident through her active engagement in training and certification programs. She is committed to staying at the forefront of innovative practices, which aligns with the ethos of Modern Minds.

When she’s not at work Tina can be found with her husband, three daughters and sweet lab Beau. She enjoys outdoor activities, including skiing, hiking, and beach outings, and finds relaxation in daily yoga and reading. Her commitment to integrated health and wellbeing extends beyond her professional life into her personal pursuits.
