For Your Eyes Only
Carrot/ginger/turmeric/cayenne
3oz carrot juice, 2 dials ginger, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper.
Muddle ginger dials then add all other ingredients to shaker filled with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain over ice, garnished with a carrot ribbon

Beet/honey/ACV/ginger/cilantro
3oz beet juice, 1oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water heated to incorporate), ½ oz ACV,
2 dials ginger, 10 cilantro leaves
Muddle ginger and cilantro, add honey, ACV and beet juice, shake until well chilled. Can be served over ice or straight up, garnished with ginger dial and cilantro bunch

Pineapple/coconut sugar/lime/basil/sparkling coconut water or soda water
3oz pineapple juice, 1oz coconut sugar syrup (equal parts sugar and water heated to incorporate), ½ oz lime juice, 3 large basil leaves
Muddle basil leaves then add all ingredients into tin and shake until well chilled. Fine strain into champagne flute, top with sparkling coconut water or soda water, garnish with basil leaf and pineapple cube (whole pineapple or pre-cut)
