Groups will participate in a five week program led by a licenced psychologist and wellness expert. By the end of the program, employees will have practical tools to manage stress and establish foundational wellness habits.
Our sessions are held in person on-site or at one of our locations. Our sessions are designed to disconnect from distractions and engage fully.
We facilitate experiential learning by having group discussions and light yoga that is suitable for all levels.
Participants will complete wellness practices, guided reflections, and daily self-check tools.
Participants will have access to additional wellness tools, audio guides, and handouts that they can reference outside of class.
Additional, supplementary classes with a wellness navigator that build on ways to apply new tools to your day-to-day life.
