This two-day session will teach you the tools and skills you need to:
Groups will participate in two, four hour hour long sessions over the span of two days. The program is led by a licenced psychologist and wellness expert. By the end of the program, you’ll will have practical tools to manage stress and establish foundational wellness habits.
Our sessions are held in person at one of our locations. Our sessions are designed to disconnect from distractions and engage fully.
We facilitate experiential learning by having group discussions and light yoga that is suitable for all levels.
Class Text and Workbook
Participants will complete wellness practices, guided reflections, and daily self-check tools.
Online Wellness Toolbox
Participants will have access to additional wellness tools, audio guides, and handouts that they can reference outside of class.
Cornerstone Classes
Additional, supplementary classes with a wellness navigator that build on ways to apply new tools to your day-to-day life.
