In therapy, our goal is to help you achieve and sustain wellbeing by helping you foster a Flexible Mindset—expanding your capacity to navigate life’s ups and downs with awareness and intentionality.
Our program uses evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based methods to help participants develop flexible mindset skills and tools.
Therapy alone will not cultivate the mental and physical skills needed to create meaningful change. That’s why your tailored wellness plan includes a variety of integrative services such as:
Our wellness navigator sessions cover the Four Cornerstones of Mind-First Wellness — Fuel, Move, Connect, and Reflect.
We offer on-site appointments or virtual appointments to fit your scheduling needs.
Access to a virtual, comprehensive library of resources curated by our team of therapists and wellness navigators.
Additional, supplementary classes with a wellness navigator that build on ways to apply new tools to your day-to-day life.

We offer a sliding scale fee that is bases the rate you pay on your income. Please reach out to our team to determine if you are eligible for this option.
$150 per session after initial intake.
Our priority is getting you the care you need when you’re ready. Insurance providers can slow down getting help, which is why we don’t directly bill to them. Reach out to us if you have questions about costs or insurance.
