In therapy, our goal is to help people achieve and sustain wellbeing by helping them foster a Flexible Mindset—expanding their capacity to navigate life’s ups and downs with awareness and intentionality.
Our program uses evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other evidence-based methods to help participants develop flexible mindset skills and tools.

We offer on-site appointments or virtual appointments to fit your scheduling needs.
Access to a virtual, comprehensive library of resources curated by our team of therapists and wellness navigators.
Additional, supplementary classes with a wellness navigator that build on ways to apply new tools to your day-to-day life.
