Creating the Environment
Your program begins by partnering with a Modern Minds therapist who is an expert in creating an open, nonjudgmental environment in which you can develop a new understanding about your life and circumstances. You will work collaboratively with your therapist to determine an appropriate treatment volume that suits your needs and lifestyle. Most clients work with their therapist one time per week in person, or virtually through our secure portal; however, treatment schedules vary according to individual needs.
