Kiera Molloy earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Global Health at Duke University.  She spent the bulk of her undergraduate years staring at the bottom of a pool while serving as captain of the varsity swim team. Her passion for mental health and wellness is driven by her unwavering confidence in human resiliency and the power of mind-body connection. Previously, Kiera helped coordinate research studies on mindfulness and neurofeedback at the Duke Behavioral Health and Technology Lab. She felt a pull to the Lowcountry and worked as a Counseling Intern at the National Crime Victims Research and Treatment Center. As a Wellness Mentor at Modern Minds, Kiera is energized by the opportunity to zero-in on each person’s unique wellness goals to help make lasting, impactful changes. In her free time, Kiera enjoys cheering on Duke athletics, taste-testing every cuisine around town, and training her future therapy dog, Wally.
