Our Core Immersion Program

Our Core Immersion Program equally prioritizes therapy and whole-person health to treat, achieve and sustain mental and emotional wellbeing. For immersion therapy to be successful, participants commit to a 16-week, personalized wellness plan that includes both weekly therapy and Wellness Navigation sessions.

What Happens in Therapy?

In therapy, our goal isn’t to treat mental health conditions, but instead achieve and sustain mental wellbeing by helping you build psychological flexibility—your mind’s ability to accept, adjust and cope to challenges as they arise. Through evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other proven methods, you’ll work with your dedicated therapist to develop the core skills needed to break free from your mind and start moving toward the life you envision.

Why Wellness Navigation Sessions?

Therapy alone will not cultivate the mental and physical skills needed to create meaningful change. That’s why your tailored wellness plan may include nutritional counseling, fitness plans, medication management, and other wellness activities to promote both mind and body health. Working with your Wellness Navigator each week, you’ll choose from a range of wellness activities—all with the goal to create lasting, positive lifestyle habits.
